These four 90-minute workshops are geared toward individuals who are interested in enhancing their well-being and identify as being a helping professional (doctor, nurse, teacher, therapist/counselor, etc.). We will focus on gaining more access to spontaneity and creativity in our professional roles through psychodrama and other experiential methods.
